Another Young Lobate Scarp

Lobate thrust fault scarps like this one are among the youngest landforms on the Moon because small features are unlikely to survive for billions of years under steady meteoroid bombardment. Also, these pristine appearing scarps cut across and disturb very small diameter craters that cannot be more than 100 million years old. These faults scarps are so young they are likely still forming on the Moon.
