Pits Atlas: Messier A 4a

Impact Melt, Fracture pit: Messier A
Name Messier A 4a
Lat. -2.044
Long. 46.8825
Desc. Elongated pit, clearly associated with a fracture system that covers most of a square kilometer, but is not itself attached to a fracture. There's a slight depression running south, where it joins up with some open fractures. There are a couple of other fracture-associate pits in the area of similar depth and lack of open fractures connected to them. Definitely a possibility for sub-surface passageways, if you don't mind falling rocks.
