Kalkidan Kifleyesus, ASU, Arizona

Kali is currently a first year student at Arizona State University. She was born and raised in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia and came to the United States at the age of ten. She is involved with the outreach program at the Lunar Reconnaissance Orbiter Camera department . She is currently helping to give tours through LROC and the Science Operations Center as well as additional office assistance for LROC. She has not declared a major yet; however, after working here a couple of weeks, the moon has become more and more appealing to her than in the past. She is really excited about getting to know the ins and outs of LROC because she is still a little overwhelmed with the all of the new information. Despite the hard work, Kali finds the subject very fascinating and cannot wait to learn more.
